Most organisations know something is off in how they deliver software. Releases take too long, quality is unpredictable, teams are busy but outcomes don’t follow. The usual response is to add tools, adopt a framework, or reorganise. Sometimes that helps. Often it doesn’t, because the real bottlenecks were never identified in the first place.
That’s where I come in.
I’m Ortwin De Witte, and Flow 4 Outcome is my independent consultancy focused on one thing: improving how your organisation delivers software. I work with teams, leads, and stakeholders to understand what’s really happening in your delivery process, then help you fix it in a way that sticks.
How I work
I start by looking, preferrably in a visual and collaborative way, with you, the people doing the work. We don’t just look at your tools or your org chart, but at how work actually flows from idea to production. Where does it wait? Where does quality get lost? Where do handoffs create confusion? I map this out together with your teams, because they know where it hurts, even if nobody’s asked them yet.
From there, I build an improvement roadmap: concrete, prioritised, realistic. No 80-slide transformation decks. Just clear next steps your teams can act on. Small steps, one at at time, continuously.
Then it’s up to you: either I stay envolved, and I coach teams through the change, help embed new practices, and make sure improvements are measured, not just assumed. Either I train the trainer. The goal is always the same: when I leave, your teams are better at delivering than when I arrived.
