Understanding before improving

Every improvement starts with a clear picture of what’s actually happening. I analyse your software delivery lifecycle across three dimensions: functional (what are you building and for whom), technical (how are you building and deploying it), and organisational (how are your teams structured and how do they collaborate).

This isn’t a checklist audit. I work with your teams - engineers, leads, stakeholders - to surface the pain points they already know about but haven’t been able to articulate or escalate. Through interviews, observation, and collaborative workshops, we build a shared understanding of where work gets stuck, where quality breaks down, and where effort is wasted.

The output is a structured assessment report with concrete findings, not a generic maturity model score. You’ll see exactly where the bottlenecks are, what’s causing them, and what to focus on first.
