What happens

A half-day session. No slides, no strategy decks. We sit down with your team, map how work actually flows, and make the invisible visible: the queues, the handoffs, the manual steps that eat time. Then we identify exactly three areas where AI or automation would have the highest impact.

This uses the same value stream mapping techniques behind my full VSM engagements - but scoped to a single half-day with a specific focus on AI and automation opportunities. You get direct, actionable results without committing to a broader engagement. And if the map reveals deeper improvement opportunities beyond AI, you’ll know exactly where to look next.
