Value Stream Mapping

See the whole, not just the parts

Most delivery problems aren’t caused by a single team or tool. They live in the handoffs, the waiting, the invisible dependencies between teams. Value stream mapping makes this visible.

I facilitate collaborative workshops where the people doing the work map their own delivery process, from idea to production. Together, we identify where value flows, where it waits, and where it gets lost. This isn’t a theoretical exercise: it’s a practical, visual conversation that surfaces insights teams have never had the space to articulate.

The result is a shared map of reality, not an idealised process diagram, but an honest picture of how work actually moves through your organisation. From there, we can identify the highest-leverage improvement points and design targeted interventions.
